Member Appreciation Giveback

$1 MILLION MEMBER APPRECIATION GIVEBACK

We are pleased to announce that Penn State Federal Credit Union is giving back to our valued members. Following an exceptional 2024, we are sharing that success through a Special Dividend and Loan Interest Rebate.

As a member-owned financial institution, Penn State Federal Credit Union is committed to providing benefits to those who trust us with their financial needs. Unlike traditional banks, we prioritize returning earnings to our members through higher dividends, lower loan rates, and reduced fees.

To demonstrate our appreciation for your continued loyalty, our Board of Directors has approved a Member Appreciation Giveback of $1 million. The $1 million will be distributed evenly between members who save with us and those that borrow. This initiative reflects our strong position as a well-capitalized Credit Union and reinforces our mission to serve you.

How it works:
  •  Special Dividend: Members in good standing1 will receive a dividend based on the average balance2 in their eligible accounts.
  •  Loan Interest Rebate: Members in good standing1 will receive a rebate based on a percentage of the total interest paid during the year3 on their rebate-eligible loans.

Eligible members will receive their Member Appreciation Giveback as a deposit to their Primary Share Account on April 1, 2025.

Thank you for your continued membership and trust in Penn State Federal Credit Union. We look forward to another successful year together!
